Why Cindy
When Cindy takes on an assignment or challenge, she zeroes in with laser focus and high standards to achieve results. Cindy understands the nuances of real estate transactions to deliver results beyond her clients' expectations, having successfully purchased, developed and sold many commercial and residential projects. Cindy's knowledge of the unique personalities of the greater Seattle area's most coveted neighborhoods is unparalleled, from growing up in the Mt. Baker neighborhood to studying Visual Art at the University of Washington. Prior to entering real estate, Cindy spent over 25 years with Nordstrom where she was named the youngest Vice President at age 24. Her scope included world travel to manage sales and merchandising, marketing and working with a team to develop the luxury/design business. It is with this background that Cindy tailors marketing plans that elevate a home through professional staging and photography, strategic advertising and more.
Whatever Cindy does, she does well, whether it's her work in real estate, her support for local schools and First Tee of Seattle, or her previous position as a Board Member of Treehouse for Foster Children and Families. Cindy is an avid "fisherwoman" who frequents the San Juan Islands to deep sea fish for salmon and fly fishes in rivers across Washington, Montana and Idaho. Cindy also has a passion for sports and enjoys the occasional round of golf. She currently lives in Clyde Hill with her husband and son. Cindy holds a Managing Broker's License in addition to accreditation as a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
