"After living in Seattle for over 40 years, we decided to make the move to Raleigh, NC, in the fall of 2016, to be closer to our children. The market was just beginning to heat u,p and we decided to list our home with Cindy Paur and had a great experience. She partnered with a highly skilled staging person to work with her to remove clutter and focus attention on the house, not our personal mementos. She guided us through simplifying the landscaping. Our house looked perfect inside and out and we were ready for the first open house on a Sunday. On Monday night we had 6 offers at or above our asking price.
