I recently took a once in a lifetime trip, visiting Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney, and Queenstown and Keri Keri in New Zealand.
When I travel, I stop by the Sotheby's International Realty® offices to engage with brokers in other parts of the world. Over the years, I have forged great relationships with many brokers from other markets whom I trust when referring my clients for their real estate needs in other places. I care about my clients and want to know they will be well cared for; developing these relationships has been extremely helpful.
Some profound things I noticed while traveling around the globe was the growth, vast new development activity and the large amount of foreign investment happening in major cities.
