October came streaming into the Seattle area with cool breezes and a bit of rain. Time to add an outerwear layer on the way out the door! Fall is a great time to clean the closets, check the batteries in your fire detectors, and clean the gutters in preparation for our season to change.
People are back from vacation, and activity has picked up in the real estate marketplace!
